Step 4 - Download Application Form
When you have selected your buy-to-let mortgage using the Sourcing and Quotation System, you will be given the option to download an application pack suitable for the product you have chosen.
In many cases this will be the NLA Mortgages generic electronic application form which has been designed in Excel, is simple to use and can be used both online and offline. This means that you don’t have to be connected to the internet to use it and do not have to fill it in immediately. You can also save the form onto your computer for future reference or fill it in at a later date.
However, some lenders prefer you to use their own application forms, in which case you will be able to download the appropriate lender application pack for the product you have chosen.
Once you have completed the application form, please send it to NLA Mortgages.
